Parks enrich our lives physically, emotionally, and economically. In addition, they make communities happier and drive property value up.
For all these reasons and more, we were hoping you could help us design the new Sparrow Meadows Park. Sparrow Meadows Park is presently an open green field. This allows us, as a community, to begin with, a clean slate. You and the rest of the community are the artists. By answering the questionnaire below, we can better understand how you see Sparrow Meadows Park meeting the needs of you and your family members.

Public Engagement Survey: Help us shape a vision and design for Sparrow Meadows Park. Complete a questionnaire so we can create a park that fits the needs of all citizens.
Part TWO
Sparrow Meadows Park Development has finished this stage
This is the research and conceptual design stage. Data from the questionnaire will be organized into a wish list, which will help inform the design process, in consideration of the approved 2020 park budget.
Part THREE
Sparrow Meadows Park Development has finished this stage
Additional community consultation to assist with selection of play equipment designs and park elements. Once input received, the final park design will be issued for tender. City staff will present the tender results to obtain Council approval to proceed to implementation.
Part FOUR
Sparrow Meadows Park Development has finished this stage
This is the shovels in the ground stage. More details on timing for construction and anticipated completion will be provided, once Part Three of the process is completed.

Sparrow Meadows Park Development is currently at this stage
Completion of construction and official opening of the new the New Sparrow Meadows Park.
